About the team and role:
The editorial department at Goldin is tasked with accurately describing items for auctions, taking care to note condition, rarity, significant events, and other highlights to enhance the appeal of the items we bring to auction. As the items we handle vary, it is imperative to be informative, accurate, and digestible to a wide audience.
What you will accomplish:
β Research, write, and edit items across all verticals for Goldin's auctions.
β Gain a valuable knowledge base across sports cards, memorabilia, game-used memorabilia, and other collectibles.
β Maintaining and improving editorial standards in current and emerging verticals.
β Highlight team and cross-functional collaboration and interaction by working with Sales and Inventory on client relationships and standards.
β Working with clients to ensure their descriptions are up to standard and to a level satisfactory to the customer. Interface with clients to make changes and edits to descriptions to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy
