WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
Write short-form video ads designed to grab attention quickly, build curiosity, and drive clicks and conversions
Brainstorm creative angles and hooks in collaboration with media buyers and strategists
Support post-production teams to make sure edits match the message
Create high-performing funnel copy: upsells, advertorials, VSLs, landing pages
Translate direct-response copy from English to German and vice versa for ads, emails, VSLs, and advertorials
Analyze creative performance data and iterate based on results
Stay sharp with ongoing learning and exposure to some of the best practices in the direct-response space
WHO YOU ARE
Native-level English and German (you’ll write and translate in both)
Solid experience in direct response copywriting (ads, emails, scripts, or funnels)
Clear understanding of ad psychology - hooks, angles, objections, and CTAs
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
A portfolio that shows you can write with purpose - driving clicks, sales, or signups
We’d love it if you also bring:
Experience writing upsells, VSLs, or advertorials
Familiarity with video post-production workflows and collaborating with editors
Understanding of creative testing in paid social or funnel environments

30 days: You’ve delivered your first high-performing ads and German-English translations, and you’re actively contributing ideas to the creative team
60 days: Your ad scripts and funnel copy are generating measurable results, and you're iterating quickly based on performance data
90 days: You're owning full creative briefs, producing winning copy consistently, and becoming a key asset across both English and German campaigns
