Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist/ Lead Generation to support our sales and marketing teams. This role is instrumental in building and maintaining accurate databases of leads and prospects, ensuring we have clean, actionable information to drive outreach and engagement efforts. Youâll be responsible for researching, inputting, and verifying data while identifying potential new leads across defined markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to identify potential leads based on defined criteria.
- Accurately enter, clean, and maintain lead data within our CRM systems.
- Enrich contact records with missing information such as email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company size.
- Verify and update existing records to maintain data integrity.
- Assist the sales and marketing teams with list segmentation and data preparation for campaigns.
- Monitor lead sources and provide reports on lead quality and volume.
- Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, lead generation, or a related administrative role.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot for CRM management, data input, lead tracking, and campaign support.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and online research tools.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with lead tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar is a plus.
- Experience in a remote or fast-paced environment preferred.
