Order Processing & Data Entry Specialist (WooCommerce & SAP Ariba)/Full Time/Permanent

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Order Processing & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately processing incoming purchase orders and online orders into our internal systems.

This is initially a 20–30 hour per week position, with the potential to transition into full-time based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Process incoming purchase orders and online orders accurately and efficiently
Enter and manage orders in WooCommerce and SAP Ariba
Verify order details, pricing, and product information before submission
Ensure all data is entered correctly and maintain high accuracy standards
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies
Maintain organized digital records of processed orders
Assist with basic bookkeeping or finance-related administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
Proven experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support
Experience with WooCommerce, SAP Ariba, or similar systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of basic bookkeeping principles (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
It would be helpful for this candidate to have bookkeeping experience as well.
