Join a fast-moving finance team working at the heart of deal flow. In this role, you'll help power a high-volume funding pipeline by keeping our CRM and broker communications accurate and organized. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s detail-driven, tech-savvy, and organized. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where clarity and speed are essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Acknowledge new applications by sending timely thank-you emails with a 24-hour response expectation.
  • Input and organize applicant data into the company CRM and a color-coded Google Sheet, including status updates and key details.
  • Track and update deal statuses—such as approved, declined, or pending—in both the CRM and spreadsheet.
  • Communicate decisions to partners and brokers, including clear reasons for declines and relevant credit info.
  • Manage follow-ups for approved deals via scheduled email outreach and reminders.
  • Upload documents and pre-approvals into platforms like Asana for internal tracking.
  • Support with additional responsibilities as new products are added (e.g., SBA), potentially including basic client outreach down the line.

Who You'll Work With:

Be a key member of a responsive finance operations team, working closely with U.S.-based partners, brokers, and internal staff. You’ll collaborate with fast-paced professionals who rely on organized systems and timely communication to keep deals moving smoothly.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Organized: Able to track multiple things without letting anything fall through the cracks.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning to use CRMs, Google Sheets, Asana, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Grammarly for professional communication.
  • Detail-Oriented: Accurately inputs client data, ensures correct formatting, and keeps all records clear and complete.
  • Communicative: Writes clear, polite emails and keeps brokers/partners updated regularly and proactively.
  • Fast Learner: Picks up new processes quickly, follows directions well, and adapts easily without needing repeated instruction.
  • Work Setup: Dual monitors are preferred but not required.
  • Experience: General work experience is required.
