THE BRAND

A fast‑scaling DTC wellness brand in the beauty/supplement space with a highly engaged 35+ female audience. The flagship product boasts a strong market fit and a rapidly growing subscriber base, with over 50,000 subscribers in the first 18 months. Paid social (Meta first) is their biggest channel; creative testing and iteration sit at the center of the strategy. The company is founder‑led, lean, and data‑driven, expanding in the UK/EU and preparing for a US launch.

The founding story is rooted in solving a real customer need: the founder created a better‑tasting, more affordable alternative for his own family, then scaled it into a category‑defining brand. That test‑and‑learn DNA still drives the culture today.

This is a fully remote, full-time role.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

This is a hands‑on, outcome‑driven creative role. You will:

  • Write high‑converting ad scripts, especially 1–3 minute mini‑VSLs for Meta, plus short‑form UGC scripts and paid social copy

  • Generate new angles, hooks, and messaging from customer pains, objections, and desires; systematize variations (hook/body/CTA) around proven bodies of copy

  • Read the data and iterate fast. Review account performance and attribution dashboards to spot patterns, improve CPA, and unlock spend

  • Brief creators and editors and keep oversight so delivery matches persuasion logic and script intent

  • Balance new vs. iterations, e.g., ~50/50, adjusting to data

  • Build a reusable library of frameworks and swipeable assets to speed future production

  • Act as a creative thought leader within the growth team, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE

  • Several years of experience writing high‑converting copy and developing creative strategies for health/supplement DTC brands or e‑commerce companies spending heavily on Meta

  • Proven track record of creating copy and concepts for video ad campaigns, especially 2 - 3+ minute VSL style creatives, in accounts spending £50k+/month on paid social

  • Experience in creative strategy development, identifying winning patterns and scaling successful concepts

  • Analytical mindset with a history of using performance data to optimize creative decisions

  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and generate concepts at scale

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days

  • Audit existing creative output and ad performance, identifying quick wins

  • Establish a reporting and feedback rhythm with the Founder, growth, and creative teams

  • Launch initial rounds of new ad scripts and creative tests based on performance insights

60 Days

  • Deliver consistent CAC reporting and improve blended acquisition efficiency

  • Streamline creative briefing and iteration processes with UGC creators and editors

  • Test multiple angles, hooks, and messaging variations to support scaling volume

90 Days

  • Fully own ad copy and creative strategy for Meta campaigns

  • Present a quarterly creative roadmap based on learnings, with clear hypotheses and testing priorities

  • Demonstrate predictable, profitable performance through winning VSL scripts and systematic iterations
