JOB DUTIES:

  • Write and edit creative copy following our voice and tone and editorial standards for a variety of assets including print and digital marketing collateral, sponsorship and display ads and signage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional client stakeholders
  • Provide clean, final copy documents to design team for layout
  • Proofread copy in layout to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to write/edit copy to work within our established content and design guidelines
  • Key stakeholders for the above assets include the Client Development, Marketing & Communications, Talent, Pro Bono, and Alumni teams
  • Route copy-related tasks independently while working within existing processes using our workflow management tool, Workfront

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES: 

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail; B2B experience is a plus
  • Able to follow and implement AP style and Goodwin specific style
  • Strong time management skills; ability to adapt to changing needs and project priorities, while consistently meeting all project deadlines
  • Effective communication skills with both designers and non-designers
  • Proficiency in industry standard programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with Workfront or similar workflow management tool
