Your mission

We want to create digital experiences that are immediately understandable, requiring no explanation and creating friction. For this, we need language that guides, structures, and builds trust. Your role is to establish this clarity with a precise brand voice, clean microcopy, and texts that confidently lead users through their journeys. You consider tone of voice within context, identify minor errors early on, test variations, and work closely with design, concept, and analytics. You use AI as a tool, not a replacement, and ensure that copy is consistent, reliable, and measurably effective.

Your tasks

• Write copy for email marketing, websites, and campaigns
 • Confidently apply brand voice and derive tone for use cases
 • Optimize UX microcopy in navigation, forms, checkout, and onboarding
 • Provide editing and proofreading services
 • Ensure quality in email campaigns: copy check, test sends, mobile check
 • Create variations for A/B testing and evaluate results with analytics
 • Maintain and document content and align it with guidelines
 • Utilize AI as a tool, curate drafts, and retain responsibility

Your profile

• Experience with UX writing, microcopying, or messaging frameworks
 • Excellent German: clear, precise formulations
 • Meticulousness, structured work style, and attention to detail
 • Basic technical understanding and quick learning ability with tools
 • Responsible use of AI
