Your daily business

• You develop target group-specific concepts for platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, or Meta, based on clear briefings and the individual requirements of our clients.
• You write precise and convincing ad texts in German or English that reach the target audience precisely and motivate them to take the next step.
• You will work closely with the Creative Strategy Team, the Performance Team, and the Design Team to ensure your copy not only captivates but also delivers results.
• You stay up to date, follow trends and developments in the B2B SaaS sector 
• You contribute new ideas on how we can meaningfully integrate AI into our creative workflows and actively implement them.
• You will be responsible for the entire copywriting process, from the first draft to the final implementation, including client feedback.
• You continuously analyze, optimize, and develop your texts based on real performance data.
• You will develop new content formats that advance our customers and position YOYABA as an innovation driver for measurable results.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in writing performance-oriented campaigns in areas such as paid social, paid search, video, landing pages, or other digital touchpoints. Ideally, you have already worked in a B2B SaaS or e-commerce environment.
• A sure sense for creative concepts and the talent to bring them to life with clear and strategic texts.
• A structured and independent way of working as well as high standards of quality.
• Passion for creative processes and enjoyment of teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• The will to continuously develop yourself – through new formats, fresh approaches or the targeted use of new technologies.
• Excellent writing skills in German and very good written and spoken English.
